who am i?
I am a development practitioner with a bias towards Human Rights Based approach to programming and social inclusion with over 15 years of work both with local and international organizations. Here are some of the works i have done in different technical areas in social development, including in humanitarian work.

Zambia Civic Education Association (ZCEA) and KNH: Conducting a feasibility study child-led reporting and advocacy of their Rights to Charter and Treaty Human Rights Bodies in Zambia.

who am i?
I am an objective person with passion to see an increase in data interpretation and understanding among the Zambian community. With over a decade of experience in data management using different statistical packages such as CSPro, STATA and SPSS including ODK and Kobo toolkit. Here are some of the works i have done in different technical areas in social development, including in humanitarian work.
what work have i done?
Expanded Programme: on Immunization (EPI) in Zambia under the CHU with GAVI Full Country Evaluation in Zambia and skilled at managing huge quantities of data, storage and interpretation for not only report writing but also decision making during planning and strategy development.
Government officials at MoH and Child Health Unity (CHU): co-ordinating meetings with them, managing all project activities, and work plan, managing budgeting and invoicing, policy development, developing scopes of work and contracts, managing project documentation, and assisting with the dissemination of project results.
